Three-Year Daoist Medicine Study Program
Our comprehensive three-year Daoist Medicine program is a rare opportunity to enter the living tradition of Daoist healing through Zhuyou. Rooted in authentic lineages, this course weaves together the classical wisdom of Daoist philosophy, internal cultivation, ritual medicine, herbal practice, and practical skills. Why three years? Daoist medicine is something that is practiced by Daoists and cannot be learned in a weekend course. it involves deep study in Daoism itself and personal practice. Year one covers Daoist history, introductory practices, doctrine, altars, ritual and more. Year two goes deep into daoist doctrine and scriptural study with an intorduction to more healing practices. Year three is an in depth study of Zhu you - talismanic and incantation practices.

In Daoist medicine, healing is more than treating symptoms—it is restoring harmony between a client’s body, mind, and spirit with Heaven and Earth. To truly practice this medicine, one must understand Daoism itself: its cosmology, ethics, cultivation methods, and view of the human being as part of the greater Dao.

This program demands diligence, patience, and sincerity. Over three years, students not only gain deep theoretical knowledge but also cultivate themselves through daily practices, classical study, and other training.
